Business Development Executive
Identify and develop new buyer relationships for our brass, copper, aluminium, and zinc scrap grades across domestic markets.
Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads for sorted scrap grades and extruded rods
- Build relationships with foundries, manufacturers, and traders
- Coordinate with the sourcing team on grade availability and pricing
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and buyer visits
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in metals, scrap, or industrial B2B sales
- Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Willingness to travel for client visits and exhibitions
Export Sales Manager
Lead export enquiries for our precision components division, building relationships with international buyers in electrical, sanitary, valve, automotive, and sensor industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export enquiries — quoting, documentation, coordination
- Build and maintain relationships with overseas buyers
- Track EXIM compliance and shipping documentation
- Work with production to align capacity with export commitments
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in export sales, preferably in metals or components
- Familiarity with EXIM documentation and international trade terms
- Excellent written and verbal English
Office Administrator
Manage day-to-day office operations, documentation, and vendor coordination across our three business divisions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records for imports, sales orders, and dispatch documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, transporters, and CHA agents
- Support management with scheduling and correspondence
- Handle general office administration and filing
Requirements
- 2+ years in office administration, preferably in trading or manufacturing
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Well organized with strong attention to detail
Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator
Coordinate inbound container logistics and outbound dispatch across our scrap trading and extrusion divisions.
Responsibilities
- Track container arrivals, customs clearance, and yard offloading
- Schedule outbound dispatch with transporters
- Maintain weighment and grade documentation for every lot
- Liaise with the sales team on delivery timelines
Requirements
- 2+ years in logistics, preferably in import/export or scrap trading
- Comfortable working with transporters and customs paperwork
HR Executive
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations across our trading, extrusion, and components teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for open positions
- Run onboarding and maintain employee records
- Support payroll coordination and attendance tracking
- Address day-to-day employee queries and concerns
Requirements
- 2+ years of HR generalist experience
- Familiarity with statutory compliance (PF, ESIC) preferred

CNC / VMC Machine Operator
Operate CNC and VMC machines producing precision brass components for electrical, sanitary, valve, automotive, and sensor industries.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines as per job cards
- Perform in-process quality checks against drawings/tolerances
- Carry out routine machine maintenance
- Maintain production and rejection records
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent experience
- 1+ years operating CNC/VMC machines
- Ability to read engineering drawings
Production Supervisor – Brass Extrusion
Oversee daily operations at our brass extrusion plant, ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise daily extrusion production schedules
- Monitor billet quality and finished rod specifications
- Manage shift manpower and shop-floor discipline
- Coordinate with maintenance on furnace and press uptime
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a non-ferrous extrusion or foundry setup
- Strong grasp of production planning and quality control
- Comfortable managing a shop-floor team
Accounts Executive
Handle day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, and import/export documentation across our group entities.
Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Handle GST filings and other statutory compliance
- Track import costing and payment documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing
Requirements
- B.Com with 2+ years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Tally and GST filing
- Experience in trading or manufacturing accounts preferred
